Gary McLaurinChief Executive Officer
Gary started the cleaning company that is now Allegiance Industries while still a student at the University of South Carolina. The company was so successful that soon after graduation he focused full time on the business, acquiring another janitorial company and adding commercial and large industrial clients. Growth continued when Gary acquired a security company and an electrical company to provide a full spectrum of facility services to his clients. In addition to his role as CEO of Allegiance Industries, Gary serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Aquarium.
John SullivanPresident
With experience that spans over eighteen years in the facility maintenance industry, John has directed Allegiance during a time of unprecedented internal and external development. From the implementation of industry specific back office operations to enhanced employee training programs for sales logistics, John has played an integral part in Allegiance’s continued emergence over the past decade.
A former baseball coach (1985-96) and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, (M.Ed.—Educational Administration), John’s strategic growth management approach combines an emphasis on existing client relationships in concurrence with an employee centered “reference creator” training approach.

Edward ConroyCPA - CFO
Edward is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business with a Master of Taxation (MTAX), and is a certified public accountant. His 20 plus year career includes practicing as a public accountant with Elliot Davis, as well as work with both nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies. At Allegiance Industries, Edward focuses on enhancing customer service through strategic management and operational efficiency while continuing to grow the business through acquisition and organic growth.
Chris RodonisChief Revenue Officer
Chris is a graduate from the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Chris brings a strong philosophy of LEAN manufacturing principals to Allegiance, believing in standardized processes & streamlined services. Work history includes Quality Controls at a major kitchen cabinet manufacturer where he earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification prior to entering the facilities industry. At Allegiance, Chris believes in pushing five fundamental priorities – Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Technology (SQDC+T). While at the University of Kentucky, Chris was a member of the Cheerleading team, winning two national titles.
Bryan WillisCorporate Security Manager
Bryan joined Allegiance as Corporate Security Manager after a distinguished 30-year career in law enforcement. His professional experience includes 26 years with USC Law Enforcement and Safety encompassing duties such as managing venue security operations and VIP/Dignitary Protection; strategic surveillance planning, installation, and monitoring throughout the University of South Carolina campuses and State of South Carolina governmental complexes. He served four years as an investigator for the prosecution team with the South Carolina 5th Judicial Circuit. At Allegiance, he’s responsible for security operations with our clients in SC, NC, GA, and MS. He is a graduate of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and as a certified SLED SafeGuardSC Classroom Instructor, he manages the security guard training program in SC. Active in the community, Bryan serves on the Board of Directors of the Forest Acres Public Safety Foundation.
Peter KearnsDirector of Electrical Operations
A US Navy veteran, Peter studied electronics and worked on aviation support equipment in the military. He took that knowledge and applied it to the electrical sector working on field installations, estimating, project management, operations, business, employee development, and business strategies. He earned his Master Electrician and Contractor licenses, both in multiple states. Since joining Allegiance, he has been instrumental in helping bring new culture, vision, and growth to the electrical division.
Sean SullivanDirector of Operations
Sean is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Masters of Science (MS/SPTE). Sean manages all day-to-day janitorial & security operations for Allegiance’s diverse portfolio of clients that span over 100 individual locations across 12 states. Sean oversees 7 Regional Managers with a focus on strategic development, operating efficiency, and client relations. While at The University of South Carolina, Sean was a member of the Baseball team, finishing as National Runner-Up in 2012.
