Founded in 1988 as a commercial cleaning company, Allegiance Industries has evolved into a diversified, multi-divisional facility services provider. More than twenty-seven years and 14 million man-hours later, Allegiance provides professional, innovative services to facilities throughout the United States.
It all starts with an approach to customer service that focuses on listening to our customers’ needs. We customize our services to meet those needs and follow through with first-rate labor and unparalleled service.
Allegiance understands that in today’s fast-paced environment, having numerous vendors doesn’t make sense. Companies need one provider to meet all their needs, protecting their time, their budget and their most tangible asset – their facility. We’re in the business of taking care of your business.
Gary McLaurinChief Executive Officer
Gary started the cleaning company that is now Allegiance Industries while still a student at the University of South Carolina. The company was so successful that soon after graduation he focused full time on the business, acquiring another cleaning company and adding commercial and large industrial clients. Growth continued when Gary acquired a security company and an electrical company to provide a full spectrum of services to his clients. In addition to his role as CEO of Allegiance Industries, Gary serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Aquarium.
With experience that spans over eighteen years in the facility maintenance industry, John has directed Allegiance during a time of unprecedented internal and external development. From the implementation of industry specific back office operations to enhanced employee training programs for sales logistics, John has played an integral part in Allegiance’s continued emergence over the past decade.
A former baseball coach (1985-96) and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, (M.Ed.—Educational Administration), John’s strategic growth management approach combines an emphasis on existing client relationships in concurrence with an employee centered “reference creator” training approach.
“If we as a company continue to take care of our customer’s business, then growth for Allegiance is a natural result of this process.”
