Allegiance specializes in delivering unarmed security services tailored to diverse facilities. Our standard program ensures continuous coverage with at least one guard stationed 24/7. Our guards are adept at providing a range of services, including gate log assistance, roving patrols, security and safety checkpoints, and various other tasks essential for facility security. With a broad scope of capabilities, we are eager to engage in discussions to craft a customized solution that meets the unique needs of your facility.

Each guard diligently completes a “Daily Activity Report” (DAR) after every shift. These reports are seamlessly logged into our specialized system, Mobohub, which tailors customized questions to the unique requirements of your facility. In the event of any issues or “Red Flags” identified within the report, an immediate alert is dispatched to our designated Client contact. Conversely, if the DAR indicates that everything is “Normal,” a comprehensive summary report is promptly delivered to our clients at the frequency of their preference.

Allegiance Industries employs the “Shoulder Tap” protocol. This ensures that guards can only leave their post once another guard arrives to tap in, guaranteeing continuous coverage. Moreover, we maintain a “Floater Pool” system to ensure adequate resource availability for coverage across all shifts.

At Allegiance Industries, we firmly believe in staffing at 115% of our contract capacity. To achieve this, we employ “Floaters” or “Utility” workers who remain on call for projects, to cover absenteeism, or to tackle additional work as needed. Importantly, our clients are not billed for these additional workers. Instead, our floaters serve as invaluable resources, ensuring that we consistently fulfill 100% of our Scope of Work commitments.

1. Be a United States citizen;
2. Undergo a background investigation including a criminal history records inquiry to the Central Criminal Records Exchange;
3. Possess a high school education or have passed the General Education Development exam;
4. Possess a valid driver’s license if required by the duties of office to operate a motor vehicle;
5. Be at least 20 years of age;
6. Not have been convicted of or plead guilty or no contest to a felony or any offense that would be a felony if committed in the state in which they will work;
7. Not have produced a positive result on a pre-employment drug screening;
8. Be legally mentally competent;
9. Be of good moral character;
10. Have no physical disability which would prevent performance of duties.

Upon selecting qualified applicants for hire, Allegiance Industries ensures that each candidate undergoes rigorous training at the Allegiance Security Training Academy and completes the comprehensive Security Officer Certification Program. In addition to covering topics mandated by state laws, our security officer candidates receive extensive training in specialized security subjects. Moreover, they must successfully pass pre-assignment competency testing to demonstrate their readiness for deployment.
