Every Allegiance employee receives hands-on training and standardized Learning Modules through our Learning Management System (LMS). During an employee’s onboarding process, they will receive training on proper cleaning policies, procedures, chemicals, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). As a best practice, Allegiance has standardized its chemicals, equipment, and supplies, making our training simple and consistent across all sites nationwide. Whether we’re cleaning in New York, Georgia, or Indiana, our training and procedures remain standard and consistent.
Allegiance employs a range of effective strategies to effectively tackle absenteeism.
Firstly, our vigilant system promptly alerts us 15 minutes after the commencement of a shift, ensuring that we are aware of the presence and clock-in status of our entire staff. In the event of a shortage, our proactive managers are immediately notified through a prompt “Page” and can swiftly mobilize additional personnel to address the situation.
At Allegiance, we firmly believe in maintaining a staffing level that exceeds our contractual obligations by 115%. To achieve this, we have a dedicated team of “Floaters” or “Utility” workers who are readily available to assist with projects, cover for absenteeism, or handle any extra workload that may arise.
It is important to note that our clients are not billed for the services provided by these additional workers; rather, our floaters serve as valuable resources to ensure the seamless completion of 100% of our Scope of Work.
At Allegiance Industries, we firmly believe in staffing at 115% of our contract capacity. To achieve this, we employ “Floaters” or “Utility” workers who remain on call for projects, to cover absenteeism, or to tackle additional work as needed. Importantly, our clients are not billed for these additional workers. Instead, our floaters serve as invaluable resources, ensuring that we consistently fulfill 100% of our Scope of Work commitments.
Our standard launch time is typically 30 to 45 days, taking into account the unique characteristics of each facility. However, we acknowledge that the world of facilities management can be unpredictable, and we are fully capable of expediting our timeline if required.
